LEED Gold Home | The family requested a Texas Deco Industrial style home. Part of the USGBCs LEED Pilot program it was built with Insulated Concrete Forms and multiple solar systems. Unique and whimsical, the interior design reflects the family's artful and fun loving personality. It was certified as the first LEED Gold home in Houston. | $1m | Houston, TX
Kemple Residence | The "L" shaped addition of the in-law suite made the most of the backyard and provided guests with views that look back onto the 1980's home. It was important for us to duplicate the original architectural style and detailing to create a seamless transition. Since the completion of the in-law suite there have been a number of small additions and remodels. The priorities have always been to respect the original structure while improving the owner's living experience. | $250k | Houston, TX
Bellaire Solar Home | Prairie style meets Scandinavian influence in this sustainably designed project. Passive systems include: daylighting and natural ventilation through window placement. | $1m | Bellaire, TX
Addition & Remodel - Houston | The 1950's Ranch transformed into a modern family home with 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Concrete floors and counters and gray stained cabinetry are warmed by rich bold colors. Public spaces were opened to each other and the entire second level is a master suite. | $400k | Houston, TX
Tighe Residence | This high rise condo was designed for a hip sophisticated bachelor and his feline companions. We left building elements exposed and contrasted them with white tile floor, shiny metal and bold colors. A raised kitchen floor provided the flexibility needed to relocate plumbing for a new kitchen layout. Care and considerations were also given to four legged friends - with a location for the water purification bowl and special cat door. | $100k | Houston, TX |
