John stopped by our home offering us a deal to chip and seal our driveway since he did not want to take the extra materials he had left from another job. We agreed. He told me there was a warranty for one year. We started noticing problems after only 3 months. I started talking and texting him about this even sending pictures of how bad it was. He confirmed it did not look like an 11,000 down road. I have every text I sent him and his reply. After months of this, he finally agreed to send me a reimburse of 3,000. I can tell you I have never received that check. He made promise after promise. I can tell only tell you about my experience and from that ordeal, I would not ever recommend that company. John with AP Blacktop services was in our area (South of Houston), and stopped by to make a "deal" on oil and gravel topping for our asphalt drive. John guaranteed the work for 1 year. The drive started to develop pot holes, and we started to see areas where the rock was not holding up. I called John in December; which was within the 1 year warranty period. After multiple attempts of sending photos at his request and trying to schedule the repairs, he would not call back or repair the poor quality of the work. I would not use this company as they do not do what they say.
