David did a great job in paying attention to details. He steam cleaned the tiles and applied a grout sealant that matched our original grout color. The floor looks brand new. Great job. I have already referred him to perform this same work for my parent's home. Did a great job there as well. I would hire C&P next time. This sealant should last 8-10 years, so hopefully, they will still be operational then.
