An awesome and beautiful result in a Residential Outdoor Lighting project finished today Tuesday, Jan 8 of this NEW YEAR 2019 in Kingwood, Texas. Our client was looking for adding lighting in front of his home, sides and considering also the flower beds around the property. This unit has special advantages because is located in a corner and has different layout materials and designs that when you combine with lighting, the result is more than perfect. We used premium Kichler premium products as Spotlights to accent walls, trees. Three recessed lights in the ceiling of the garage and path lights for flowerbeds. One 300 watts Premium Kichler transformer to supply all the low voltage. Finally, we finished all the project in two days and the client is very happy with the result obtained. The project: The clients were looking for recessed lighting in the ceiling parts of the home around covering the front, side, and backside. Then, We installed recessed lights considering the design of the home, column, corners, sections and more options like proper angles to create a beautiful light output and nice effect looking. We also installed beautiful Cafe 12 volts lights all around the fence of the home, that creates a nice combination with the already lights installed into the home. The story: The clients built and added a new Pergola & deck in their home because they are thinking to have special events in it. Also, they added mosquito system around it. After that was finished, they were looking to install lighting in it to make this area awesome at night. The project: The clients were looking to replace all the fixtures they have in the front of the home because they wanted something new with more quality, premium products and with different lighting effects. So, we installed spotlights in special areas like columns, corners, trees. We took off “4 transformers” that they were using, high voltage 120 volts cables that were placed in the ground under the grass with no sense and high risk that could be converted into a big problem or accident by any landscape people working in the grass and maybe planting plants. Now, everything is a low voltage system that is safer & well installed in the ground. We installed a new plug with a GFCI outlet protected. spotlights, tree lights, and recessed lights were installed in the backyard around a pool and palms.
