| Impact Resistant Shingle Roof | Feb 2017 | This was a 37yr old roof. We removed all of the existing roofing system down to bare wood. Replacing all of the decking. Installing new intake and exhaust vents for adequate ventilation as this house did not have soffit vents. For the roofing system the homeowner chose to do a synthetic ice/water barrier underlayment and an impact resistant designer shingle. We completed the job on schedule, and left the job site with absolutely zero trash/nails remaining. The homeowner was extremely satisfied and impressed with the final product we provided them. | $15k | Houston, TX |
