EXTREMELY HORRIBLE - COMPLAINT FILED WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU Requesting a refund from Oscar, Owner Of Gonzalez Flooring Services. OSCAR is failing to honor the 1 YEAR WARRANTY LABOR AND MATERIALS WARRANTY. Noted in his contract. Oscar installed DEFECTED WOOD FLOORS IN MY LIVING ROOM AND INCORRECTLY INSTALLED the Wood floors on the stairs as they are making a creaking noise due to lack of glue. The floors were recently installed in June 2018. Oscar has ignored the contract he drafted, insulted me and will not make any repairs. I am requesting full refund for installation of wood floor in the living room and stairs, since Oscar has decided not to honor the warranty.

***HORRIBLE*** If i could give 0 stars I would! We had our floors redone due to a bathroom leak. We chose to do laminate in the majority of the house and replace the bathrooms with tile. The job took a little longer than I thought it would take, but that kind of thing happens all the time, so it wasn't a big deal. We added a couple of items like new base boards as well, which I was happy to get done (even though there was added charges I was not made aware of in the beginning). At the end of the project there were just a few minor things left to do, like seal/caulk/paint the bathroom baseboards. Oscar said he would be back to finish everything. NEVER HAPPENED. PAID IN FULL. My husband and I had to finish the remaining things ourselves!!!! Our tile in the bathrooms were not sealed even though I purchased the sealant myself. We were out of town for a portion of the project that was the guest bathroom. The tile placement was beyond sloppy. When I really noticed the lack of workmanship was when my husband and I had to finish the baseboards. Now there are cracks in the grout of the sloppy tile placement/ poor installation and workmanship. I have called Oscar Multiple times and every time he sets up an appointment (3 different times) to just look at the cracks...he doesn't show up or call...EVERYTIME! Which is beyond unprofessional and inconsiderate. Now, when I call there is no answer. DO NOT use this company!!!!! We have filed a complaint with BBB and are seeking legal action.

Gonzalez Hardwood was outstanding. Oscar and George did an amazing job! They are very skilled and they completed the job the same day. I would highly recommend their floor installation services to other people. Great job Gonzalez Hardwood!!!

I had some repairs that needed to be done to my hardwood floors. Oscar called me as soon as I placed the ad on porch and set up an appointment to come see the place. Not only did he not show up, he also never returned any of my phone calls or messages.
