Heritage Design and concrete/KYLE LUDWIG IS A FRAUD! HE TOOK $1350 ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO AND WAS SUPPOSED TO START THE CONTRACTED JOB WITHIN 1 WEEK. HE WON'T ANSWER ANY COMMUNICATION AND I HAVEN'T HAD A REPLY FROM HIM IN 1 MONTH!!
