BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALLS AGAIN! I needed my garage door repaired because it didn't go all the way down it kept going back up. I was quoted that 3 sections needed replacement of the top reinforcement bars to fix the issue. I was quoted $275 and I scheduled the repair for 06/01/2020. The repair tech only added two bars on the two lower sections and instead of replacing the top bar or adding additional reinforcement to it he banged on the top section in the middle with a hammer repeatedly and it is now badly damaged and the repair tech caused massive dents and several holes where he banged it in with the hammer and the garage door still doesn't open or close. I did try to see if it would after the repair tech left but due to the now sagging garage door in the top of it at the center was causing too much tension because of all the hammer banging it ripped the garage doors locking mechanisms bolt right out of the garage door leaving it dangling from the motor. I contacted the company and I was told someone would come out but they never showed. I contacted again, and someone came out when they weren't scheduled so I wasn't there but the issue still wasn't resolved however, they did create a new whole in the garage door to reinstall the bolt that was ripped out but the door still hasn't been repaired. I sent videos to the main number via a text message pleading for help as I paid $308.51 and still have the same problem as before the repair and my payment. I was told someone would be there the next day between 7am-9am but no one showed nor answered any of my calls for over a week. I finally got a callback saying they would be there no matter what the next morning at 7am, no one ever showed up again and no call or any notification regarding what happened. I've called NUMEROUS times and paged that number and sent texts to that number because their voice mailbox has been full for weeks now. I just want the repair done as promised or my money back to be able to hire another repair service to fix the problem. I have never experienced anything like this! I've never been rude or condescending just very understanding to whatever may have caused the lack of communication and/or issues with the repair I've just pleaded to PLEASE HELP ME GET WHAT WAS PROMISED TO BE FIXED THAT I PAID FOR OR MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!
