We designed and remodeled an older condo in the Montrose area. We took out the wall between the dining room and kitchen to add an eating bar. We also flipped the kitchen around to the dinning room side to add more functionality and additional cabinets. We took out another wall that was a wasted hallway space to give the condo a more open, modern day feel. We also converted the tub to shower and gave the bathroom a fresh look. Our interior designer worked closely with the homeowner to identify the exact style she was looking for and then sourced all the finishing materials to complete the project.
