Iris, owner and general contractor, provides a very detailed estimate that doesn't leave much room for error and the estimate is provided in a manner that is understandable to any novice doing any remodeling for the first time. My restrooms needed upgrades and the finish product was done to my full satisfaction. I won't say we didn't have any "hiccups" i.e. Installation of toilets and base board issues. However, things worked out great at the end. Iris will contact you via any means of communication in order to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the workmanship. I value her determination to exceed the client's expectation and most importantly her character and her worker's dedication to provide a quality finished product.
