Retro Modern Redo

Terrence with Retro Modern Remodeling is a Crook and a Liar. Do No Use!! We contracted him to remodel our house, an estimated 4 week project that took 4 MONTHS!! It was a HORRIBLE experience. Everything he touched had to be redone two or three time to get it right. • Kitchen Granite was rework/replaced 3 times! • Kitchen backsplash was reworked twice! • Insulation was not installed in exterior walls all hardie plank and plywood had to be removed and reworked! • He cut electrical line and tried to splice them with placed electrical tape. • He did not complete the rewiring of our house and the breaker box is not labeled. • The automatic gate installed took 3 months to complete and is still not functional! To top it all off, once the last payment was made, he immediately stopped taking or returning our phone calls. There are already issues with craftsmanship and he will not respond to warranty his work. Please, learn from our misfortune and DO NOT USE!!!! My husband and I met Mr. Stafford 1 month ago. We were looking for a company that would help us make our house a home. We interviewed several contractors but in reality was a nervous about hiring any due to bad experiences in our past. After speaking with Mr. Stafford my husband and I talked it over and decided to go with his company. The reason we did was because he seemed sincere, honest, very personable, great customer service skills, knowledgeable of his trade and he didn't come across as a price gouger. Mr. Stafford does very good work and with that in mind, no one is 100% perfection, Mr. Stafford is very easy to work with and he makes certain your project is to your satisfaction, it's not right, he will fix it. We feel as though he's fair with his pricing. We decided to have have Retro Modern spearhead all of our projects moving forward. We recommend this company to anyone who desire a wonderful contractual working experience .
