Alief Glass and Mirror

I used Alief Glass and Mirror to have all the windows in my home replaced. It was a total of 7 windows. They were all replaced the same day. The work was efficiently. David came and installed the windows and made sure that everything was clean when he finished. I recommend to use this companies service. I will make sure to use them in the future.

Terrible service provider. I will go against the grain possibly, but my experience with Alief Glass was tremendously irritating and frustrating. David is a nice person, but unreliable and disinterested in doing a complete, professional job. His pricing is cut-throat, and when asked about it, he stated that he worked for himself so there was no middleman fee. However, he ended up scratching windows, leaving glass shards all over the place (big one to two inch pieces) which we had to clean up, didn't replace the window stripping on the edges of the glass that he replaced, left parts of windows unsealed so that air and water could enter through the holes and didn't show up to complete the work he said he was going to do. I called him repeatedly to try and get answers without response or understanding of what his errors were. I had to point out all of the issues to him, as he didn't really check his work product. I ended up calling in another contractor to finish up after him after over a month of back and forths. The pricing might be great, but buyer beware. If you care about work quality and professional pride, then as the old adage goes - you get what you pay for.
