ECI Construction

Derrick Mitchell (the president of ECI according to his porch.com info) came out and spent close to an hour getting information about the handyman projects I needed to have done. He seemed okay, and I was looking forward to getting his estimate, which he said would take a couple of days. Unfortunately, it never came, and I honestly don't know what his problem was. At first he said he had been busy; then he said he had texted his estimate to a nonexistent cell phone but would email it; finally he stopped answering calls. I never did get that estimate. If he wasn't interested in doing the work, for whatever reason, he could have just told me. Instead, he left me in limbo. I know that contractors are sometimes hard to keep in touch with, but he is supposedly the president of ECI. I'm the president of Powers Enterprises. For one president to treat another this way is just dishonest, shameful, and disgraceful.

ECI Construction did an excellent job converting our garage into an extra room for my family. They were extremely professional, affordable and finished the project ahead schedule. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I know I will definitely use this company again!
