Every quality you hope your contractor wont have: disorganized, prone to mistakes, suspicious pricing, a toddler's sense of workmanship, toxic attitude. They repeatedly showed up hours late and without the necessary tools. They argued and cursed at each other loud enough to be heard inside (I'm sure my neighbors enjoyed that). The whole job took 3X longer than quoted. Paint spots were left on the driveway and side of my house, and rotted wood with rusted screws were left strewn about my driveway. When confronted about this, the owner threw an obscene tantrum, claiming that it was my fault her electricity was shut off... STAY AWAY.
