I've seen James' work over quite some time now, and I've always been impressed by his professionalism and that of his team. Even after a significant event like a flood, where he was being called left and right by different clients, he responded as quickly as he could - the same day - and came out personally to assess the damage. He had a keen eye in noting details that I had missed. His bid was highly detailed with the specifics of every step of the repair process, which is unlike I've seen in dealing with most contractors, who often leave just a one-line estimate. The teams were punctual and skilled, and they clean up after their work...and do not simply leave a mess everywhere when they're done! Mr. Funderburk visited the repair site regularly to ensure that everything was going well and according to specs, and performed much of the work himself. Although I hope another disaster will never require me (or you) to need his services, I do not hesitate in recommending him.
