I hired this company two weeks in advance and was told 4 people would come to clean my house due to it's size. I paid upfront to hold the spot and confirmed with the owner the day of the arrival time. Two employees arrived and after four hours of them being here not one room was cleaned. They pretended to do work and constantly came in and out of my house. The floors were neither swept not moped. Nothing was dusted. Sinks were and bathrooms were left the same as before they arrived. They did vacuum and "wipe" down the downstairs half bathroom's toilet. Then they obviously proceeded to throw their paper towel and Clorox wipe into said toilet which caused it to back up and overflow all over my floors. Later when going around to take pictures, I found what I later identified online as a half chewed pain pill laying next to another toilet (which was also not cleaned). Later I found money was stolen from my house as well. I contacted the owner several times with little avail and also the police so that they could at least properly dispose of the aforementioned pill and take a report on the stolen money. Hopefully no one hires this company in the future. This was a horrible experience.
