I was in the option period for a home I was buying and the home inspector told me to have a mold inspector out to look at the laundry room. The laundry room had water damage from a previous washer leak. They were able to get an inspector out the following day and got a remediation protocol to me within 2 days so I could negotiate repair costs with the seller. They were able to accommodate my short timeline and everything worked out.
