This preparation is crucial for optimum paint adhesion. PAINT AND PRODUCTS: I use only Premium Grade Paint & Products. Combined with the Correct Preparation and Application, Premium paint insures a long lasting job. I also use top of the line caulking products and water sealants to prevent premature cracking. BRUSH AND ROLL VS SPRAY: All the best products and tedious preparation will be in vain with the improper paint application. With brushing and rolling I can achieve a Thicker Application. Since brush and rolled paint is More Thoroughly worked into every crevice, you won't have the problem of premature peeling due to moisture getting behind the paint. It is Impossible to achieve the same results with High Speed Techniques, because when sprayed paint simply just lands on the surface and is Never worked into it. ONLY RESIDENTIAL REPAINTING: For over 25 years now, I have specialized in the repainting of homes and have avoided the new construction market.
