Didn't show up and called 3 hours after appointment to reschedule. I will look elsewhere, thanks for wasting part of my Saturday!

I was very pleased with how fast I got an appointment and how quickly the job got done. After having dealt with poor service from John Moore (rip off and shady) I was so relieved to work with AAA AUGER and their professional staff. I'd call them again with plumbing issues. Nothing Good! Quite frankly, I think I got "Hosed"..... I went to Lowe's Home Improvement about my water heater that had been out for a couple of days. Lowe's advised it would be about 4 days before the install could be made and it would be approx $900, with installation. Didn't want to wait that long, so the salesman recommended using Porch. AAA Auger advised that could be out the same day to look and give an estimate. Originally, I was given a $1500 estimate on a 50 gal tank. Because I live the house alone, they advised a 40 gal tank and I agreed. Upon completion of the smaller water heater, I get a bill for $1700.00. When I said something about the original quote and then, the smaller tank, they knocked a $100.00. I got "Hosed" and will not use AAA Auger or porch ever again and will be reporting both to the BBB.
