This driveway that we cleaned. We applied a algaecide detergent followed by a soap, we let the product dwell on the surface for about 10 minutes then we surface cleaned the area with our commercial grade surface cleaner. After we surface cleaned the driveway, we rinsed the entire area down to wash all of the excess dirty contaminated water from the clean surface, and these are the wonderful results that we get.

For this project. We use a biodegradable detergent and soap to wash this flagstone patio with very low pressure, effectively and safely. Our process of soft washing is to apply the detergent and soap, and let the product dwell for about 10 - 20 minutes so it can penetrate into the pours of the surface and loosen up the mold, algae contaminants so that way we are able to wash and rinse the contaminated area with safe low pressure with 100% guaranteed NO damage. Then after about 48 hours, we let the patio dry. After it dried we broomed the entire area to make sure it was clear and free of all types of surface contaminants, then we started the sealing process by spraying the area to be sealed with a very fine mist pump up sprayer and applied about 2 - 4 coats of the professional grade sealer. After about 48 hours when the flagstone patio was dry and fully restored, it looked amazing!
