About Mid-State Heating & Cooling
The company is currently located at 413 Oak Glen Road in Howell. Mid-State was located for 25+ years at 247 Bridge Avenue in Red Bank, the heart of Red Banks Westside. Robert J. Bifani, Sr., started Mid-State in 1968 after his father August retired and closed his successful business in North Bergen township. Robert started with seven employee's and four vehicles, in 45 years that has grown to 30+ employee's and 20+ vehicles. Service is the one key ingredient to Mid-State's success in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning business. The company employs state of the art software from Service Automation Systems which is was specifically developed for the heating and air conditioning industry. The system dispatches all the service, management and foremen's vehicles in conjunction with our global positioning system installed in every truck and cell phone communication. Our GPS system is utilized to accurately track vehicle locations and movements in an effort to get our service trucks to your home faster! Our engineering design and analysis program can perform cooling and heating load estimates, duct and piping design and equipment selection. With the advent of the Home Performance program in New Jersey, Mid-State has expanded its services to include insulation and air sealing services as well as enhanced energy audits. The Mid-State corporate philosophy has withstood the test of time; provide quality workmanship and dedicate everyone within the company to keeping the customers satisfied and all the rest will fall into place. Mid-State recognized that the building standards set by the Building Performance Institute were going to become the gold standard in the contracting industry many years ago. We began the long difficult task of becoming a certified contractor in 2007. Today we are a Building Analyst, Building Envelope, Heating & Air Conditioning Certified Contractor. We are a one stop shop and can provide you with air sealing, insulation, heating, air conditioning, health and saftey repairs among many others.

Had water leaking in my basement after this snow fall from my furnace, found the flue pipe clogged and cracked. They repaired on the the spot and got me back up and running. Highly recommend.

The client utilized the Home Performance with Energy Star program in New Jersey to help subsidize the cost of the project, receiving a $4,000 rebate and $10,000 loan at 0% for 10 Years!
