My name is Joseph Zingales. I am a Broker in Ohio and Florida and have worked with David Nystrom for over 15 years. David is a person who loves New Construction, Rehabbing properties and adding additions. He does quality work with style. He always takes into account the architecture of the home with the addition. David and I have sold many homes that were in disrepair and rehabbed by David. We have also sold beautiful New Construction together. The most important thing is that when the product is finished the buyer is happy and does not have to deal with issues of unprofessionalism on the part of the Builder.
