I've hired Shanklin a couple times, both for residential and commercial. They are now my "go to" company. Each time I felt they were knowledgeable and fair. Some places will tell you anything just to sell you a new unit. I think Shanklin is an honest company with integrity and that's sometimes hard to find these days.
