Charged $2500 to install a $900 water heater (list price at Menards). Says he only buys top quality equipment from plumbing stores. So why is it available at Menards? Basic installation. Requested itemized bill. No response. He says he charges per job and I agreed to the price. Never got an estimate from him.I never signed anything. Asked for a breakdown of expenses. No response. Turns out he's not even licensed. Do not hire this guy for anything!!
