Phoenix Construction Group

Do not use Phoenix Construction Group unless you are ready to get ripped off. I am preparing a claim with BBB and will be taking this company to small claims court. I really hope no one else goes through what I?ve been growing through. I was charged $13,000 for about $6,000 worth of work. I did not consent to most of the work and charges, he did plumbing work in areas we asked him not to touch because it?s not covered by insurance, used our over priced trash bin to dump for other projects, carried himself extremely unprofessional and I was yelled at for asking clarification on why I was being charged extra, constantly contradicted himself on pricing and other statements made, would only advance in work when he was reminded because otherwise I would not hear from him for weeks, and when I decided to pull the plug, will not refund me what I?m owed for the unfinished work. I?ve worked with contractors before, and I am at a loss for words to describe how horrible of an experience I?ve had since I started working with Fletcher and I never want to see anyone go through this with him. I?ve gotten 3 quotes from other contractors since I?ve fired him and they are less than half the price of what he?s trying to charge me now that he knows I am letting him go. I trusted this man because he came highly recommended but he has done nothing but take advantage of our desperate situation. We are no where near being back to normal after the flood and it is an absolute shame that people like this exist that would rip a family off in such a devastating situation.
