I had the same experience as the previous person. Very rude, acted as if they don't need our business, so now they do not get our business. What happened: Called for help with a clogged pipe. Sent out relative (I believe son) who didn't have a clue and didn't want to work. This was the second time this happened with this outfit. Had to send out a second person and because of that, charged us a SECOND SERVICE CALL!!! Absolutely unacceptable. We have a Christian plumber now. Never over charges and does a great job!
