Update:4 months without functioning fridge. These guys literally ghosted us long enough for the warranty to expire. Classy. After two months they finally responded, sent somebody out, claimed they needed to order two parts to resolve it and now nothing for over two more weeks. Hello? Pyratek, do you copy?

PITIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not fix our fridge issue and have not responded to our pleads to return under the warranty for over two months. In the meantime our household of three are without a functioning fridge, I get texts after weeks that lead me nowhere. Maybe they're going out of business because they really don't seem to care about their reputation?

Horrible Horrible customer service, unreliable, poor work done. Do not recommend to anyone.

Absolute best company ever to have service my home appliances. From the quick responses to the professional techs, I can not say anything bad about this company.
