  | Atascocita, Tx | Aug 2015 | This was a small 70's apartment style second level condo in Clear Lake, TX. approx. 900 sq ft. two bedroom two bath. Client had been trying to sell and no interest was being shown with several realtors, so she hired us, NailHead Contractors to upgrade and redesign in hope of selling. We took plain cabinet doors and converted them to custom shaker style doors and added fresh hardware. Granite Countertops with undercount stainless sink. Ceramic tile plank flooring kitchen and two small bathrooms. New vanities, mirrors and fixtures in bathrooms. Fresh paint throughout, some balcony laundry room repair. Client purchased new appliances which were installed at the end of the project. The last day we were there, a buyer walked in and bought the unit on the spot.
