In the mid 1980's armed with an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a well seasoned construction skill set Kenny Pagoota, owner of Pioneer Residential Services embarked on a career journey that has remained constant for over 30 years as a builder and contractor. Mr. Pagoota has endured many obstacles during his tenure in the residential construction arena. From recessions to the meltdown of 2008-2009. Mr. Pagoota believes that with a strong skill set, a proven track record,a little perseverance and a strong desire for success any obstacle can be overcome. In addition to his experience as a General Contractor and Residential Builder Mr. Pagoota also holds a B.S. in Construction and Civil Engineering. Mr. Pagoota's experience is enhanced further by serving as a Senior Construction Manager for several national home builders.
