My A/C unit stopped working and I had to use my home owner’s warranty service tech, Mountney Heating and Air Conditioning, who instead of fixing my problem only made it worse by blowing out fuses because he didn’t use a multimeter for testing. He was very young and inexperienced. I then contacted PORCH and Rob saved the day for me! He was very friendly, experienced, showed up on time and overall made a bad experience great.
