Mr Lackey determined with seconds of arrival, that the chimmney didn't need sweeping, He engaged in small talk, then helped me start a fire, giving tips. Starting the fire, and giving advice took less than 10 minutes. He charged me full price of $125 anyways though he didn't sweep the chimney. Said I was paying for his time. This should be made clear to the customer before you agree to come to their home, that you will charge full price regardless. If I had known that ahead, I would not have agreed to the service. I work hard for my money, and feel ripped off giving it to someone who did not earn the $125. Buyer Beware~!
