No, I would not recommend this company. Homeowners Beware!!! Manuel never returns his clients phone calls, voicemail, text messages or emails. It is like pulling teeth to get him on the phone to discuss your project. In late March, we meet with Manuel to discuss a deck replacement and he comes off as a nice person. He requires a small deposit to even get on his schedule due to not want to schedule someone who really is not interested in getting work done. I was very hesitated but against my better judgment I paid him. After about a week and a half, he came out again with his lead contractor (at the time) to discuss want we wanted and gave us a supply list. We ordered the supplies and they were delivered before they were supposed to start the job in early April. Well, April 9th came and went. After multiple attempts I finally got a hold of Manuel who explains that they were behind due to rain and once the current job was completed, he would have someone out to start our job. In mid-May, we finally got someone to come demo our deck and about 10 days later the carpenter showed up to start rebuilding it. The carpenter was here for about 4 hours, when he informed us that we were giving the wrong list of materials and we need to order different supplies. As frustrating as this was, we received the new list and ordered the new material and had it delivered by May 28th. Here it is July 20th and the job still has not completed and is in the same condition it was back in mid-May. We still cannot get a hold of Manuel and he will not return calls or messages. The fact of the matter is we can never get in touch with him, I am fairly sure we will not receive our money back. I just hope that he did the right thing by at least paying his sub-contractors for the work they did ie. demo and framework.
