Lester completed 1 bathroom and did a good job. Approximately 8 months later we signed a contract to do the 2nd and 3rd bathrooms. He did the demo on the first one and has left me high and dry. The demo clogged the bath above it as well so, we have 1 functioning bath. The bath that he did the demo on is down to the studs with plastic separating it from the rest of the house. We agreed on 2 weeks for the first bath. He started on 8/26 and was to finish on 9/14. He finished the demo on 8/29 and has not been back. We have called and text him numerous times with no response. I even saw him driving on the rode and made eye contact and called him then..no answer. We are in a bind with 2 baths not working and Lester will not even call us back. his was paid up front (twice what the demo was for). I would NOT recommend him.
