Rick's Disposal Service

Service was ok until I called to find out about some issues we were having with our garbage pickup due to having too much for the service plan we had, and what I could do to upgrade that plan to accommodate our family. The owner was so rude it was unbelievable!! He proceeded to tell me I was trying to take advantage of him and would not let me get a word in, but kept raising his voice over me. Then he hung up on me. Mind you this is after I have been a customer for over 2 years with never a late payment to him and have gladly paid for overages on my garbage!! I would not recommend this business to anyone!! To start with they bring you old dented up barrels with lids that don’t close to keep animals out of your trash and then don’t want to pick up anything from a different container. They allow you 8 bags of trash a week supposedly, but you can’t fit 8 bags in the 2 barrels, so you’re out of luck on getting your 8 bags! They do very poor record keeping. I was accused several times of being late with payments when I actually had paid early!! This guy has no customer service skills at all, and is totally rude!! Do not recommend!!
