I called Mr. Cox about replacing my door initially, when he arrived he inspected it and asked if I was interested in repairing my sliding door in place of replacing it. I didn’t think it could be repaired. He serviced my door and now it slides and locks very well. I was very pleased to have saved quite a bit of money and met Mr. Cox.
