I am begging anyone interested in hiring this builder to think very long and hard. We regret the entire experience of building our home. There were delays in every aspect and more excuses as to why he didn't do what he said he was going to do, than we can even count. He seemed professional to talk to and get plans set up but very unprofessional in the execution of any work. We signed the loan December of 2014, he broke ground June 5 2015, it is end of July 2016 and we won't be in any time soon. Don't make the mistake we did. Please consider amother contractor. If I could give negative stars for rating I would.
