I selected blinds for three different locations in my house, the kitchen, bathroom and a sun porch. The sun porch was complicated by several issues. I was thrilled with the excellent products, customer service and installation. Scott was my salesperson and did a superb job of measuring my windows. Mike and Bon did the installation which was phenomenal and Brenda was very kind and helpful each time a called the office. I can’t remember when I have such a wonderful experience from the beginning to end. I highly recommend Blind Wizard!!!!!!!!!!!

In April 2021, I bought a new townhome in Chantilly, VA. In June 2021, Blinds Wizard sent two individuals for blind installation. One of them was a trainee. During installation, the trainee installer broke one of the window glass. See attached pictures. The trainee was supposed to work under the supervision of the 2nd installer but he was left to work on his own. Blinds Wizard refused to provide any assistance to fix the glass. Never once did I receive a call to apologize or ask for assistance. It was completely up to me to find an installer and put a fix. It took me 3 months to find a vendor who can put a new glass. After a new glass was put in, I sent invoices for the work to Blinds Wizard. They paid only 25% of the expense. The owner refused to take my call. It cannot get any worse when it comes to customer service and Accountability. This is the worse customer service experience I have ever experienced. Be AWARE!!
