About Zimm's Customs
I have built structures such as a 30 x 50 shop and finished the inside with an office, bathroom and loft. I have rewired multiple homes and redo all plumbing. I custom make cabinets with the best quality of wood and materials. I have been working in construction for over 15 years. I can do almost any home repair, big or small. I can do plumbing, electrical, home audiovisual installation, network installation, laminate flooring and just about anything else that has to do with a house. I have been building several houses from start to finish and have done all the work in between. It is my goal to make sure that your project is exactly the way you have envisioned it to be.

  | Whole House Remodel | Nov 2015 | Complete house remodel, gutted most of the rooms. All new wiring, service panel, plumbing, flooring, cabinets, and roof. Lot of rot issues taken care of, made a true master bathroom, lengthened stairs and brought them up to code. Hardwired fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. Widened doorway to and from the kitchen, new windows in kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Brought flooring from the kitchen to the mudroom all to one level. Replaced back door and deck area. Tore off carport and reworked the siding to match. Roof had 4 layers of asphalt and 2 layers of cedar shingles. Had to brace roof in attic and raised it by 4 inches, raised ceiling in the living room by 1.5 inches. Installed gussets at each rafter. Back bedroom roof was flat thereby making it susceptible to leaking. Tore that roof off and tied in new angle roof to house.
