U.S. Premier lawncare

I would give them 2 1/2 but it wouldn't let me do half. I'll start off by saying Cory and his partner were very nice and friendly, seemed to know exactly what they were talking about which is what made me go with their company. We put together a plan that i felt very good about, set a date and started the 2 day project. Day 1 I come home and there was a bunch of guys around the side of my house a few sitting on my patio, no biggie. They put in 2 tree and staged the rest of the plants that day to make sure that this is what i wanted which was cool. Day 2 (final day) i come home to the same thing but more work being knocked out in the back. I thought and it seemed like everything was being done the way we discussed. My mistake was not checking all their work before they left and before paying them. I trusted his word which was my mistake. There were areas they needed to dig to move the sprinkler systems , i was told that they would move the grass to where they could just lay it back down and let it grow back in place, that did not happen at all. He told me to just sprinkle some seeds down and itll grow back. Very unprofessional to me. The irrigation box that was in the ground that was pulled up was also not properly put back and is still sticking out. I have random rocks and wholes around my yard now from the landscaping work. All of the plants still had their stickers or information card on them so i had to go remove them all from the plants. 1 of my trees died right away , i was told it was because when i was staining my fence i got stain on it so it killed it and it would cost me 205 to replace. Since then half of the rose bushes that were put in have died as well. I did everything Cory told me to do to make sure they were properly taken care of yet they still died which i understand happens. What frustrates me is it wasn't even a month and a good amount of the plants he planted died and also the way my yard was left. They didnt put the plastic that goes understander the dirt down right nor put enough dirt over it so that the plastic wouldnt show. i have tried calling and texting him multiple times over the past month with no response or return call. If i had know this was the type of work and professionalism i was getting i would of went with a different company.

Great work. US Premier Lawncare were professionals from day one. They worked with my schedule. Cory and his crew were contracted to build a flowerbed. Ir was very nicely constructed. They even informed me about another concern in my yard.
