Floors By Alex contacted me right away and came out for an estimate within a few days. Alex was very professional and willing to offer solutions for my situation. The laminate flooring looks great and I am very pleased with the job.

Before he came to give an estimate he did some pre-work and even bought something to show me as an option. That forethought and ownership in a project he just heard about for 5 min, and hadn't obtained, made me want to use him! He continued to be invested in the project throughout constantly giving options based on aesthetics and price. Alex got right to work and picked up the materials and stained pieces on his own time. Alex was very responsive and kept in touch throughout the project giving updates and sending pics. Alex's workmanship is fantastic! I will be using him for other work. Highly recommend him.
