While Jeff is a very pleasant person and probably does good work, the amount of time it takes for him to complete a project is beyond unacceptable. We hired him last August 31 to put up a fence around our pool. Eleven months later, the posts are in, but he can't get enough panels. This in spite of the fact that we gave him money (involving a trade of money for car for his mother) to purchase the materials he'd need. So now, whatever he finds will not be what we initially agreed on, but something else, probably at a higher price. His practice is to drop off his workers to do the work, and then go to one of his other projects, and return for his workers a couple of hours after they've finished their work. I just hope he doesn't charge me for the hours that his guys were sitting outside waiting for him!
