BTK Concrete Construction

If I could give a minus 5stars I would.we have been dealing with Billy for over a year,mostly because he refuses to return calls or texts. We hired him to do concrete work for us last Dec,2016.Explained we were going to be putting a quonset installed.He later took on the task of putting the hut together.We gave him the blueprints, specs and other info he requested. He didn't follow or understand how it was to be installed. It took several months for him to get the project started and to the point we are at today,over 1 year later! Weeks between communication returns on his part. Weather allowances for 3 weeks then claimed he was ill for over 6 weeks. The concrete wasn't poured right,which voided the building warranty because install was wrong. Billy tried to make it right by making his own warranty for the building.which would be great if it was honored. The building has several untightened screws,can see between a few of the arches and it leaks like a sieve. We have tried calling numerous times and text more.He first responded to texts saying he would be over and then not show.Now he ignores everything.I can not put electric in my building which in turn is costing me money everyday.When it rains i must squeegee the floors.Had to buy covers for the cars and shelving to keep things off the floor.I essentially have a covered wading pool,not a garage. Unfortunately I will be taking him to court for breach of contract.

Billy and his crew did an outstanding job with my 2 car driveway and back patio. We had some rain issues and they worked around it very well. Everything was done in a professional manner and cleaned up and back filled dirt. They exceeded my plans. Highly recommend BTK 3/15/2016 rwh
