Precise Image Painting

We used Precise Image Painting for the exterior of our home. Trey came out initially and did a very thorough quote of what we needed in terms of wood replacement and paint type. He also worked with us on our budget and we were able to come up with a fair price that included everything we wanted. The painting process was extremely fast and clean! Our house looks excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to this company

I've had Precise Image Painting do several projects for me. I’ve flipped several homes throughout the years and they have been by far the best and I now use them exclusively. I just recently had them paint my personal home. They painted the entire interior, cabinets, and vanities and did an amazing job. Seriously can't say enough good things about Trey and his crew. They do great work and very detail oriented and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone.

I was out of town during the week my house was being painted and siding was being “repaired”. While out of town, I was called numerous time and was told different sheets of siding needed to be replaced that were not on the original bid because they were “rotted out and beyond repair.” I was not there so I agreed to have them replaced at an additional cost. After returning home, I saw the house had been painted and initially looked fine. I was then presented with a bill that was $1,400 over the original bid (I knew other items had been replaced but was never told what the cost would be). Due to this larger bill, I had to take out a loan to pay. The owner of this company followed me to the bank and was adamant about coming into the bank with my wife and I while we completed the loan paperwork. After a brief conversation, he stated he would just wait in his truck in the parking lot. The loan was completed and he was paid. Due to my work schedule I wasn’t able to evaluate the work that was done to my house for several days. Once I started looking at the work that was done, I found that only the original sheets of siding from the bid had been replaced and the additional sheets that I was called about were not replaced. Instead, the bottom of the siding was cut off and a piece of cheap untreated pine was installed. Further inspection revealed, all trim that was to be replaced was replaced with more untreated pine. After about 2 weeks, the untreated pine started swelling and pulling from the house. I attempted numerous times to contact Precise about the issue and since, I have never been able to contact anyone. Today I had another contractor come out to give me a bid to fix all the issues that this company should have fixed properly the first time and now I’m looking at spending several thousands. The shoddy work has now caused new water damage. The only reason I gave them one star is because it wouldn’t let me rate them any lower. I’ve also noticed that all the other reviews of this company appear to be friends and family of the owner. Only use this company if you like throwing money away and want to have your house resided again in 3 years.

First of all very poor communication, i had to keep calling to see when they were going to get started. Then they did finally come out, unexpectedly. I thought the deck staining was finished but there was a few spots that were missed ,when i contacted Trey he said no problem and that was almost 2 months ago. Still no one has came out. So i texted Trey to see if they could drop off the paint and i would do it and that was 3 days ago, still no response. They are not dependable and i would never recommend them to anyone.
