Ken with Handyman Direct responded quickly to my inquiry. He actually showed up and you know most don't. The quote was very reasonable. He did a great job and even did the cleanup.

My husband and I have contacted Ken Heath (Handyman Direct) to work on different house projects throughout this year ranging from a master bathroom remodel to fixing repairs throughout the home that the original builder did a poor job with. With regards to the master bathroom, Ken came out to decipher what was wrong with the bathroom subfloors, to educating us on the proper way for things to be done and correcting many problems from the original builder. He had his worker ‘Omar’ do the tile work for the garden tub, and shower with seat, and he came daily to oversee the project. The materials used were of top quality unlike what the original builder used and he did not use any short cuts. The work was meticulously and tastefully done. Everyone who has seen our bathroom absolutely loves it and has even mentioned that they can see good quality work being displayed. Ken was always courteous and had genuine concern for us as customers. He left us with such a great impression, that whenever we have a concern with the home we call on him and he always responds in a timely manner. I highly recommend Ken to anyone who needs repairs or remodels done in their home. He has been such a blessing to my husband and I. We would give Ken and his crew a 10 star rating if we could. That’s how much we appreciate all the work he has done for us.

Ken and his people were pleasant to work with and he fixed all my jobs that needed to be completed. In addition, he noticed and pointed out a potential future issue that I hadn't notice to keep an eye on. I will definitely use him again.

Not all experiences with 'handymen' are pleasant. Many times they don't even show up when scheduled. NOT THE CASE with Handyman Direct. They happened to be able to come out same day I called to get my toilet fixed. He saw the last 'handyman' didn't put in the right size something or other and that's why I had the problem. They also sprayed springs on garage door to keep it going. Sounds like they do it all. Excellent customer service and I like that they are local. Will definitely be a return customer AND refer to my friends.
