Demario does not communicate regarding status of projects. Nor does he follow through on what he says he will do. We have a broken exam light at our medical facility. He identified the broken part and took it, along with the manual, with him. That was over four weeks ago. He did not bother to call with updates on what is occurring to repair our light. I finally got an email response from him saying he was going to look into it and get back to me. That was over a week ago. My business finally left two messages telling him to return our piece and the manual within a couple of days. He did not do so nor communicate as to why. Do not use this contractor.

Just like the review on here from a worst experience ever in my life. He came here on December 4th gave me a quote and told me he would be done the following Friday. Here it is January 8th and he is still not done. He straight up LIES! He told me that he had gotten the permit to start the job. I've seen him out here two times. I gave him $1,000 down. After the rough in he was to get 3100.00, last time I seen him he was here for about a half an hour told me his Ruffin was done I paid him the 3100.00 and keep in mind this was before December 25th. I have to keep calling him and bugging him called Shelby County to find out he does not even have the plumbing permit for the work he's done. So now this point I'm battling with him on getting my money back! Word of advice do not hire him he's a crook!

This was the worst service experience we've ever had for what should have been the most basic job for a plumber. Two faucet installations that required a return within literally 30 seconds of them leaving. One of the faucets ended up being cracked so they offered to come back to install a new unit. By the time we got the new faucet, the other faucet they installed in the kitchen was so loose we couldn't even turn it on without having to hold it still. We made another appointment and they were a no call, no show. After multiple calls and finally using a different number to call, we were able to schedule yet another appointment. Although they actually showed up, they were an hour and a half late, and we just noticed yet another leak the same day of the "repair".
