Awful job, used two totally different carpets and tried to pass them off like I wouldn't notice. Vinyl flooring in bathroom was cut wrong and tried to piece it together. Tried piecing 4x4 inch pieces of carpet together to fill in gaps. Won't return calls and now has blocked me.

Took the money and ran. Never completed (or started) the project. Constant delays and false promises. After 2 months of continued missed appointments and requests for more money, disappeared with deposit. Gave him many/ample opportunities to complete the job. What do you call someone who takes money upfront for a job and then does not complete the job (even after I pay more to get the carpet out of "hock" with the carpet supplier)?
