On 4 June 2019, I paid Better Homes and Services $3,317.32 as deposit for a total bathroom remodel. Work on this project never started. After three months of non-activity, I requested a full refund. Since then, Philip Roberson, owner of Better Homes and Services, and Bruce Rutledge, the sales rep, have not responded to repeated e-mails and phone calls. I want a refund of $3,317.32.

I would not recommend this company. I missed mutliple days of work for them not to show for the appointment with no phone call. When they did show they were at least an hour late. Did not complete projects before leaving. The employee left numerous razor blades in and out of my house.

I needed a bedroom closet built quickly. Better Homes came to my rescue. In two days they gave me everything I asked for, cleaned up after themselves, were prompt, professional, and courteous. I definitely recommend them!
