Randy's Handyman Service's

I hired Randy to complete a bathroom remodel. I paid for all materials and paid him for the labor. He was not light on his charges either. The result of my decision to use Randy as my contractor has been somewhat of a nightmare. He is very rude and difficult to work with. I have to pay someone to redo my entire bathroom. The $3000 i paid him as well as the $4000 i paid in materials has all been wasted and will have to fork out the money again to have it redone. He did not complete the job nor is the work of quality. The tiles shower is not waterproof. There is mortar and cardboard sticking out of the grout lines between the tiles. There are gaps in the grout lines where this is no grout. The tiles are not at all even. Some are off line, some are crooked and some stick out further than all the rest. The shower lever handle isn't even either. The floor tile is a complete disaster as well. He told me he would fix all of the issues and when i got home and saw the finished result, it made me sick. It looks so bad and sloppy. I reached out to him to resolve the issues he promised he would fix and the new issues (again, its the worst, sloppiest remodel I have ever seen). He got extremely rude. He even called me crazy. He used some kind of sticky tack to install the baseboards. He did not frame in the dry wall around the window or finish the trimming around it. He did not install the light, the toilet, the door or the vanity. He also promised before I hired him that he was licensed, my fault for taking his word for it... I could not find any license for him on the state file. He no longer goes my Home Pro Remodeling, he is working under Randy's Handyman Services. I did a lot of research on this guy after this all happened (paid for a criminal history report). He has a LONG criminal history and it seems he keeps changing his business name... There has to be a reason for that. I feel scammed to be honest. I just hope nobody else makes the same costly mistake of hiring him.
