Over & Above Cleaning

Had them come for a long time but last time employee came, she sprinkled the floor cleaning fluid all over our nearly new floor and it caused spots all over the house. She had used the same cleaning fluid the month before with no issues. When trying to resolve the issue, the owners first said it was our fault because we bought inferior cleaning solution and sent me some negative reviews to prove it, then accused us of damaging our floor ourselves and trying to blame them for it. The cleaning person they sent out said she had to sprinkle the cleaner out because the sprayer on the mop wasn’t working, but I was in the house at the time and she didn’t come to me with the problem. She knew the spots were on the floor when she finished the cleaning and just left it like that. I had to text her to ask what happened and she admitted to it. They came out once to try using a different floor cleaner and when that didn’t work they said they’d come out and try another cleaning solution. When I called to schedule their next attempt, the owner said they were done trying and refused to do anything else. They told us that they were done with us and weren’t going to do any more. Now I’m stuck with a ruined floor that we have to fix. They wouldn’t even refund the cost of the cleaning. They were very unprofessional to say the least! I did take photos of the damage and their text correspondence and will be sending them to the Attorney Generals office.

Can’t say enough about the job the girls did! I had a construction dust nightmare and they transformed it back to a spotless home! Very thorough , polite and professional . HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😊
