Meridian Hills Full Home Renovation | May 2014 | This one-story ranch house, built in the early 1960s has an interior with a great blend of retro and modern. The house welcomes you in with a wonderful, open entryway into the living room that is full of character given off from the pristine furniture to the vintage door-knobs. The beauty is clearly in the details. This aura flows into the newly redesigned kitchen, filled with its up-to-date but subtle stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. On the other side of the house is the guest bathroom, also restyled for a fresh look. The highlight in the bathroom is clearly the double vanity, which mixes a vintage and modern look that transports the guest back to old hollywood. Off of the master bedroom is the master bath. Although smaller than the guest bathroom, the tiled shower and floors give off the feel of a luxurious spa while the radiant lighting keeps you grounded, allowing for a short vacation every day. Scope of Work: This home needed a substantial amount of work to bring it up to modern day standards. We did a full renovation of the kitchen, foyer, guest & master bathroom, several bed rooms, and a back room. Scope of work also included: selective demolition and some structural repairs to reinforce flooring. | $46k | Indianapolis, IN | |
